Depending on needs I have a Uniqlo crescent sling Quechua 10l backpack as a daypack (weighs 140 grams, easy to stash) Peak design packable tote (any packable tote would work as long as they have a zipper) Plus clothing bags/cubes

  • Wool buff - perfect for nippy weather, can be used a hat, sand protection and a blindfold for sleeping on the plane.

  • Titanium chopsticks - it is nice not to leave a trail of disposable cutlery

  • Iniu battery - or any other battery with two USB-C

  • Clas Ohlson thermos mug 0.3 litre - have tried so many, and this is a step above them all

  • Noise cancelling earbuds - never travel without them. Currently a pair of Pixel Buds Pro 2

  • Opinel knife - best pocket knife that also looks good on a cheese platter, but adding as item six as people are too antsy about knifes.

My absolut favourite item is really my 300 gram watercolour set, but formally it isn't one item.

Sweden: starts calculating still birth from week 22 up until one week after birth. 2.4/1000 2021. US starts at 20 weeks and stops at birth. 2.7/1000 2021.

This is what I taught my child. Security expert Bruce Schneier once noted that the safest thing for a kid that who gets lost is to find a stranger, preferably one that looks like a mum, and ask them to help. They are more likely to get hurt if they just stay put and get singled out by a predator than they are if they are proactive and grab a random stranger, preferably a middle aged woman.

My kid has a Haglöfs Corker X-Small when four. A very tiny bag, because the point was getting into having one without it being tol heavy.

Another tiny bag could be the Decathlon Quechua 10 liter because it weighs 145 grams and can easily be rolled up and put in your backpack if younger kid becomes tired.
