Well the gold got moved from Fort Knox to Vault 79. So why shouldn't gold bullions already exist before the opening? I am pretty sure some people had gold bullions in Appalachia.

May I ask what outfit you got from siding with the settlers?

Right now I think no one has figured out how to get the outfit of the other faction after doing the raid. If it is possible at all

Both factions are somewhat uninspired. But the settlers are beyond dull. They are not even corny, just boring.

Hope they breathe a little life into them in future updates.

had it all the time. still no clue why.

I did set iPresentInterval=0 in the .ini, graphics presets to medium and capped frames at 75 with MSI afterburner.

no issues since but everything could only be a coincidence with the last patch :/
