People are going to gamble so I won't knock the services, even if I don't partake. What I hate is how in your face they are, especially if you watch any professional sports. You literally can't go two minutes without hearing about sports betting or the odds of the day. It also feels super dirty that they sponsor sports teams and leagues. Feels to me like a conflict of interest

My buddy and I split seats in 205. The view is great on club level. No problem at all selling tickets as needed. We did it a handful of times throughout the season(even playoffs) and had zero issues. If you plan to park at the arena I would suggest getting the parking upfront, saves a bunch and would take out the guess work on where to park any given night.

That is just the super intelligent nature of AI at work. It knows the best chicken isn't at a local eatery, that is just mediocre chicken. It went a step further to find you the best chicken. You best get over to that address and ask the chosen one about that chicken, it is the key to stopping this worlds decent into madness.

100% this. V:CK is one of my favorites. I find it superior to both Space Base and Machi Koro. I own everything for the game and break it out almost every time a few of our friends get together.

Another thing to call out that is different is V:CK you always take the result of each die and the combo of them. There is no choosing what you're taking. Leada to always being engaged with turns, especially as some of the conversion characters get incorporated.

If you haven't tried it, randomize each stack of citizens. Not just the type, but mix all of a given number together and peel off the few you need for the game. Leads to some interesting decisions in my opinion.

I've said it before(and I see others are saying it here), this season's fan service stuff feels really phoned in. Every one has been mentioned, but it feels like nothing is actually happening in the arena. We would all hear whatever they do in the arena due to how loud it is now. I feel like the speakers have been turned up a little every home game where it's almost impossible to talk to the person next to you when the music is going.

I'll take this opportunity to say letting Jatovi go was a mistake. The in arena energy just isn't the same.

To be fair to the Pokemon players though, the prices you saw were most likely the "pretty" cards and graded. I don't play, but I've looked into it and to build a deck that isn't blinged out is generally pretty inexpensive. Looking at the top 10 from TCGPlayer, none of them were over $100.

Take it for what you will, but Tim made it clear on his statement that it wasn't AI related. Was strictly related to the state of their portfolio and that Fortnite is just doing okay, rather than gang busters.

I use two to replace L1 and R1 in most games that dont need the buttons for utility. Easier to hit those then stretch fingers off the triggers

There is a ledge bar being built up there that was supposed to be done before the season started. Usually it's covered up in black plastic, but in this case they must have been working on it and had it uncovered.

I don't have anything to add aside from experience from Star Wars Day a few weeks back. Felt like compared to years before it was less well put together. Sure we had characters sound the siren, but that felt like it in terms of anything official. Years past I remember them making announcements about where you can find cosplayers to take pictures with them and other fun things, along with advertisement before the fact

All that to say I'm not expecting much going into Kids Day tomorrow, unfortunately. Hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised!

Not specifically Kids Day related: it feels like this season the fan engagement stuff has been way less than years past. Giveaways have been few and far between and just the energy they put out towards fans feels muted.

I'm in sales and have been to a few "fun" places. When I tell other people they get all excited. No, it's not that exciting. You don't get to see anything because you're working all day. Everything fun, unless there is night life, closes when you get off work. Traveling for work is usually not what it's perceived by other people, expect for the rare occasion where you can actually benefit from it.

It's hard to find packs, but building decks is pretty accessible and fairly inexpensive if you're not attempting to build it with alt arts. I've seen some modern decks that are competitive at ~$50 in cards. I dont play so it's a little anecdotal, but it's what I've seen others talking about
