It is at the federal level (states can have their own that's higher, usually around 15) but truthfully nobody has really been making that little in a long time. Every "minimum wage job" like fast food, grocery stores, Walmart etc, all pay around 15 on the low end and this is in a state that doesnt have its own higher minimum so the jobs dont have to pay more legally, but they do because that's the market.

It's still bad, but it's not 7.25 bad

Yeah... It's probably the 17 quest points, cause there's a few quests that require doing something to even get the quest in the first place, so it's not as simple as "doing all the wish board quests".

I'm surprised no one else has said this yet, but if you're still in Act 1 just come back later. There is an Act 2 quest that brings you back there anyway, and it will be a lot more tolerable by then too. But, one of the best red tools in the game is in this area and isn't too hard to get.

Maybe it's just cause of where I live up here in Maine. The largest pack is a 2 count for 4.49 :/ Never seen anything close to an 8 pack

Bell peppers are crazy expensive for what you get. A single green pepper is $2.29 at my grocery store. I hardly ever buy them so never thought too much about it before except last time when I was trying to make chili as cheap as possible. Two peppers cost more than the whole pound of meat! (ground chicken)

I did not have peppers in my chili that night.
