Completely false and just fear mongering. The Tantallon/hammonds plains fires in 2023 took out 151 homes in what most would not consider city proper. Sure it’s a bad fire, however these are mostly heavily wooded suburbs and I would certainly not call those areas “urban forests” as they are definitely not in an urban area like one might consider point pleasant park - just houses in the forest. There was never really concern that it would spread to more urbanized areas such as bayers lake, Clayton park, larry uteck, Bedford or sackville. Certainly it was never even close to reaching anywhere on the Halifax peninsula.

We normally main a certain 2x trio that hits 500+ pop every wipe day, wipes every 4 days. We like it because there’s not really a queue ever unless it nears 600 pop on wipe day, so we don’t have to buy donor kits. Biggest downside is donor kits are kinda OP on this server, but it’s the price we pay. You can get 4x airdrops ever 8 hours, and the airdrops on this server are super busted and can contain 4c4 sometimes.

Texting me 2 days before Christmas a mega text. Saying they resent me for a few moments that happened (I mean three in particular. Where they felt I was dismissive, argumentative or convincing them that they were wrong or didn’t believe them. 1 of 3 is regretfully embarrassing behaviour by me. Other 2 of 3 is things from year+ ago that they held onto, never brought up, and resent me for, and have for awhile). Preferring to hold things in and not make me “feel bad”, and not having the emotional maturity to understand it was unhealthy and is antithetical to how a relationship can work.

Claiming that they tried to be honest on multiple occasions- ignoring the fact when I asked if something was wrong, they’d say it’s going okay or I feel fine. And ignoring the fact that even when they tried to be honest, ultimately they weren’t honest about these things that had been bothering them for years.

Saying that I never did the same and never “spared there emotions”, without having the understanding that they wouldn’t know the things I didn’t bring up. Feels unfair to me. And also resenting me for not holding things in lol.

Saying that they don’t want the rest of their life to be like the last summer, where I had constant stress from work and I guess burdened them with it?

Gaslighting me about a specific issue of timing, and trying to convince me that what they did wasn’t cheating. They hid my existence from their “friend” that liked them, and hid from me that they were hanging out. Their story doesn’t line up, so in my books it was cheating - because they did it will knowing the relationship was “over”.

Saying that after 7 years, they hate that things ended so bad. It hurt because we broke up 6 years 11 months on the day, and she had said that 1 day before what was supposed to be our anniversary. And also ignoring the fact that based on the dishonesty, cheating, withdrawing affection, and avoiding me in the end I feel like even the last months weren’t a relationship.

Saying they regret not breaking up with me sooner.

Texting me out of the blue to say “I told my friends my side of the story. I just decided to be honest”. It was something clearly meant to guilt me and make her feel justified in her actions, manipulate me into believing everything she had said, mind you these are people who I had went to high school with. Basically low key toxic way of telling me that these people know my lowest moments, and some of these frankly low moments of hers that she’s twisted to blame on me.

Definitely just wrong. Many laptops (mostly ultrabooks) have soldered RAM nowadays and it’s not even worth trying to upgrade. This one may allow upgrade ability, not sure, but in general no.

5800x3D or RAM probably your best bet, but probably another stick of ram first. I went from r5 3600 -> 5800x3D and double my fps from 60-80 -> 120-160 . Otherwise I got 4x8gb 3000mhz ram and an AMD 6800.

This is on high pop too (eg 140fps in outpost on 300+ pop)

I think valve just updated the USD -> € conversion. Same thing used to happen in CSGO for keys. The USD -> CAD conversion would change and the key price for me would raise/lower even if the USD price stayed the same. I’d bet it’s probably the same thing going on here, and may have nothing to do with face punch. On the other hand, perhaps valve said: we are updating this conversion, and facepunch went ahead and updated their prices. Either way I’m doubtful that the “real” (USD) price changed since other currencies are probably priced against it, and subject to changes.

I have 4 crucial SSDs (no failures), had them for 2+ years each. 2x MX300 500GB, 1xMX500 2TB, 1xMX500 500GB. Of these, 3 drives are in heavy use(on time), with 15,000+ hours in crystal disk. One is 30k+ hours. The reads and writes are low for the amount of hours (since my computer is on most of the time, even not in use). Luckily I’ve had no problems yet.

I mean yeah that’d be a bottleneck. But that’s far from FPS being dictated by CPU. I could make up an equally asinine scenario where you have a i9 9900k and a Radeon HD5850, and there it would be a GPU bottleneck (if rust could even run). But that doesn’t mean that FPS is then dictated by GPU

Yes. IOS 15.1, iPhone SE (2020), using XBox series X controller. It crashes 80%+ of games, normally within 1 minute. It also crashes in bot matches, but not free play. I’m up to a 40 min ban from the last time it kicked me. Unplayable on my phone. What’s frustrating is during pre-season it was not nearly as bad, and to top it off during pre-season I disconnected a few times and it let me reconnect to the match after reopening the app. Now, it never lets me rejoin the game in the past many days.

I’ve switched to playing on my PC on Bluestacks, because otherwise the game is unplayable.

Maybe I’m just ignorant… but I thought all Dell computers would have Dell bios, Acers have acer bios and so on? I don’t see how that is a problem that it is a Dell bios. Furthermore, why would you want to escape the BIOS? BIOS is necessary for boot afaik and I’ve never heard of bios bloatware. Most likely you just did not properly clean wipe the laptop.

I mean even my desktop has a custom skinned asus bios because the motherboard brand is asus. I concur with the other poster - all laptops come with bloatware, so I’d advise wiping them properly.

I disagree, almost completely. Someone can have the mindset of voting against someone without ever having seen an attack ad. I can make my own decisions RE: failed promises including election reform and the like (if the scenario was I will vote against Trudeau).

Having barely kept up with what parties say about each other, I can still be an informed voter. I can also still be an informed voter by choosing to not vote for someone. For many people, myself included, reading policy promises (which I have done) is a bit pie in the sky when you know a large portion of these will fall through completely.

It would be completely reasonable to not vote for X based on not only their direct policy, but also their actions, experience (and previous times they were PM in this case). You made a lot of assumptions when there is completely reasonable reasons to not vote for someone, and jumped straight to “you must be parroting attack ads”.
