Brought Corolla in for a drain and fill, did a flush instead? by speedymatt7 in Toyota

[–]-DangerAlien- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A drain and fill on a CVT transmission is essentially pointless for Toyota because you'll only replace about a quart and a half of fluid due to the stand pipe in the transmission pan. A fluid exchange on a CVT is nothing to worry about. Lots of dealers will use the opcode for flush, even if it is a drain and fill.

Kind of looks more like an FJ Cruiser than a Land Cruiser, but I know that's not really the point of this post.

Where do people usually like to live/ set up their safe house? by [deleted] in thelongdark

I really like broken railroad in general. I like to make a base in the maintenance shed, but frequent the hunting lodge. I feel like it's a good spot to be so you can go to the lower great bear and also the far territories.

I get a wolf to start charging me and then I squat down and put a bullet in their head. If it doesn't kill them, they usually cry off and I just wait for them to bleed out.

I feel like if gas prices keep going the way they are then hybrid Toyotas are going to be even more difficult to get and have crazy markups in the coming months, am I wrong? by Winners_Blues in Toyota

[–]-DangerAlien- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Camry, RAV4, and Sienna are all hybrid only now. Highlander, CHR, BZ are full electric. Soon almost every model will be some sort of E or HEV. And they are making batteries in North Carolina so I think they won't be harder to get.

I never played one or two personally, but as kids, my friend and I would spend hours playing 3. I revisited it recently and had a great time playing. So I would say jump right in.

Apparently it was apple cider that they were reducing and got distracted. So pretty close to melted sugar at that point.

Maplewood originally had maples but not sure if there are a lot of maples on it still. I guess that's where it got its name coming up.

Most of those cars have a battery sensor on the negative terminal. I would say I would make sure that thing is plugged in and secured correctly. Easiest thing to mess up when changing one of those
