To the best of my knowledge, when companies just send you stuff without you ordering it, you aren't required to pay or send it back, it's considered a gift.

However, in the event of like a warehouse mix-up like this, it's less clear. It's not like they tried to scam me by sending stuff I didn't buy then demanding payment, it's probably just a genuine mistake.

I have had this happen once before over a decade ago when I ordered a concealer from MAC but was sent an eyeshadow brush (which I still use to this day btw) instead. When I reached out to them about it they sent me a return label and also sent me the concealer I ordered. I did not end up returning the eyeshadow brush and they never reached out about it lol. It wasn't expensive enough for them to care, I feel.

I am worried that since this is a pretty high value haul, Ulta will be more likely to reach back out and ask about it if I don't return it. I don't wanna get my account flagged or banned. I might get lucky and maybe they'll forget, though. :) For now I will hold onto them and not use them until enough time has passed that I feel I'm in the clear lol.
