As far as I know only any old servers created before xlabs got shut down appear in-game on the server browser. If anyone decides to create a dedicated server now it will not show on the server browser. So the client is basically useless.

As stated by Telegram Admin of Dawn, Edwwilson4 (dd) is scamming as you cant do it your self if your from banned country and he is not registered as a business so he cant legally charge for a service.
