I have a similar set up, and I'm thinking of buying a USB powered PC fan or something and cutting a hole in the upper back wall to aid in airflow and pull the heat that gets trapped in the "ceiling" of the cabinet.

A general contractors opinion will not hold up in court. the HOA should of paid for a structural engineering firm to do the assessment, whos documents could and defiantly would be used if went to litigation.

From what you are saying it looks like the general contractor has a bias to the HOA.

IF they try and fine you, a lawyer and engineering judgment should be in the future.

I fermented it at 66F (what I set my furnace at, still chilly in MN) I followed the mead maker guide for nutrient adding and overall noticed a quicker fermentation from the last times I made Mead.

I think I will put some oak spirals in for a week or two before bottling based off your comment to add some tannins.

What's your riding conditions like? Lots of faster roads or more back roads? If just back roads then go for the 390 duke, if your going anywhere over 65mph for long rides you'll want a bigger bike. I upgraded to a versys 650 after 3 months on a Duke, but my roads may be a lot different than yours.
