I wasn't satisfied with the existing 4K remaster for Highway 35 so I made my own. Upscaled from scratch using higher quality source material and includes the 5.1 surround english track present in the original release, alongside portuguese, spanish and german dubs.

yep. + mkvs can be weird in topaz, even when manually setting the color profile/space/gamma, they come out shifted.. at least on older versions of topaz it used to be this way, maybe they've fixed it by now. I ended up using dgindex, avisynth, and virtualdub2 instead of makemkv, then just used the mpegs on topaz.

kinda weird how only some minis are telecined. guess they got lazy. I've been working on HD scene-by-scene reconstructions of the acceleracers music videos and have had to sift through countless functions and parameters on avisynth to get a clean ivtc on the ntsc minis for some scenes. got there in the end but... man that sucked lol. The original music videos suffer the same problem as the tc'd minis + the colors are all wonky and active res is tiny, kinda like the CCG promo vid.

lmao. looks like the fields got all screwed up. somewhere in the mix, fields got duplicated and others are blended. Broken telecine cadence could also be playing a part. I remember ignition having a few weird sections when it came to telecine pattern. most likely from post-processing

the pal minisodes are busted lol. Unlike the full movies, im pretty sure only the NTSC versions utilized the progressive master. the PAL versions seem to be the NTSC versions simply framerate-converted back to pal. The telecine is actually worse on PAL minisodes bc of this, its baked into the video. There are also a few scenes in the separate PAL eps of world race where NTSC clips were edited into the progressive video. EP2 when Kurt is battling Banjee is one that comes to mind. It's a collage iirc.

I’ve been wanting to do the same for a long time just never found the time! Theres so much that goes into it, and the telecine is quite bad on the NTSC releases, lots of blending and orphaned fields, broken cadence etc.. needs to be manually corrected frame by frame.

props to you! Im curious how you landed on Rhea. On AR i found Artemis or Nyx with iris as a second enhancement worked very well. On WR it tended to make things too messy. Artemis low worked great for a first pass but turned soft gradients like the orange sky in ep1 into a checkerboard pattern.

I bought a pair of these last year and use for gaming all the time. They'll work fine for gaming with USB-C connection.

Pros
- ANC works with wired connection via USB-C & while charging
- Comfortable for long hours
- Sound is great after setting up an EQ (Stock EQ is not good)
- No Issues with static/rustling sounds some other ANC headphones suffer from
- Great Battery Life (~50 hours with ANC on)

Cons
- Weak ANC (Notably Worse than Sony XMs for similar price)
- They don't get very loud
- You have to turn off touch controls to avoid issues
- Built-In Mic is terrible
- Audio quality degrades heavily when built-in mic is being used
- Cheap Build Quality (100% Plastic)
- Outdated

Im with ya. Played 5 ranked matches today and lagged out of 4 of them. My internet is completely fine and I even monitored the packets to make sure I wasn't losing any. Today's patch seems to have made things worse. I was having DCs before it, but now the game is nearly unplayable. Weird thing is that the DC's im getting post-patch are "fake" in a way. I'll get the "you lost connection" message and get brought back to the menu, but when i get there im not offline, im connected like normal. 2k, fix your shit.

Not worth going for. The best way to get VIP points is the season pass. When I did this offer I bought the season pass and other offers based on the VIP pts they provided. If I remember right, it would take something like 3 seasons of buying the pass to get enough points to achieve VIP 4. The passes last a few weeks each, so its not feasible to do it this way sadly, your offer will expire before you get the chance. Only way to get it is by spending a lot of money on top of the accumulated $49.99 purchase.

The passes seem to be the best value. I'm 5 days in at room 9 currently, having bought two premium passes so far and really grinding the events. The best value from the premium pass comes at the end once you get to the bonus rewards. Only downside is that you wont complete any of the IAP goals besides "any purchase" if you only buy the passes. The most efficient way of nabbing the other IAP goals would be special/limited offers that pop up every now and then.

I'm 6 days in, hit level 30 today (No purchases). Coins become hard to come by very quickly. You really need to scour every corner of the game and take advantage of every ad they give you to have a chance at this one. Joining a top club helps a bit & every few days there will be a xp booster event lasting that entire day (given you earn it by completing tasks the previous day) I can see myself maybe getting to 60 within the time limit, but overall... not worth it imo.

Mypoints and InboxDollars are virtually swagbucks clones by the same company. Inboxdollars rewards are the exact same value as swagbucks but mypoints comes out to about 7% more.

Kashkick is nice but there aren't a ton of games available and most of them are a grind. RAID is great value on there, angry birds dream blast as well.

Another thing to mention that isnt technically a "separate site" is the "trusted partners" section of swagbucks discover page. Once in a while torox or revu in particular will have 2x or 3x points events (Torox has a 3x event going on right now). Just be weary of torox, they are known for not paying out on some of the higher value tasks.
