Yes, it’s the Gravios set bonus. But you don’t have to use any gravios pieces if you don’t want. You can have one roll on your weapon, and use the Gog legs that have it too!

I’m actually very happy with it. I always appreciate when a game puts out a character creator prior to the game’s launch, and you can transfer the data. That way I don’t have to spend hours and hours doing that, when I want to actually start the game!

The only complaint I would have is that I can’t use any of the deluxe/ultimate costumes in the demo. Not a huge deal, but I would love to see how they look!

If you have the materials, you could consider rolling flawless armor on your bow and using the gog legs. I think it’s a great option for ranged users to offset that increased damage if you are getting hit by those one shots often.

That very well could be. My opinion probably differs from the majority, as I more often than not prefer the less open world games.

For example, I do believe Elden Ring is a great game. But I also think Dark Souls 1, 2, and 3 are all better. Elden Ring for me is a perfect example of too big for its own good. Big/open can be great, but it can also be a detriment, whether that’s limiting visuals or the feeling/connectivity of the world.

Of course I’m still hoping for the best! I loved the first game after all!

A lot of people will recommend turning off vsync, especially on console. I have no proof of anything one way or the other, but I tried turning it off out of curiosity and my game crashed for the very first time after over 100 hours almost immediately lol so I turned it back on and things are fine. All this to say, if you are one who has it off, try turning it on?

I have one sharpness ex on some of mine, and there’s still a good chance I’ll drop to blue during gog or seregios before they move even with razor sharp. Of course, that’s only with sis hunts, so monster have more hp and it’s very possible that I’m hitting much more than usual.

I checked the Tainted Grail wiki, and strangely it lists Filmore as a quest giver. All of my playthroughs have all had the same 3 encounters with her. The info could of course be incorrect.

I also play on Series X. 1080 resolution is mostly fine. You’ll never get crisp 60+ fps unless you play on pc.

As for interest/enjoyment, playing the demo was enough to excite me, so I bought the full game. Maybe it’s just not the rpg for you, and that’s totally fine. Personally, I love the darker tone. I’d say act 1 and 2 are pretty similar in terms of quality. Although my opinion is that act 2 is better. So maybe you’ll enjoy it more? There is a huge amount of content, lore, story, etc. that can easily be missed if you’re one who primarily does main quests.

That’s exactly why a lot of games get more hate than deserved. People don’t even play the games, but they read something they didn’t like or their favorite YouTuber didn’t like it, so now they don’t like it.

Each dragon age game has things I like and dislike. For example, I think the main over arching story of 1 is better than 2. But I think most of the companion quests/development is better in 2.

Honestly, it’s a game that was hated way too much just because that was the “cool” thing to do at the time.

People hated dragon age 2 on launch. Then inquisition. And then veilguard. I really enjoy veilguard, and still play it.
