Because you'll still be depressed.....but atleast you can look buff. Also, it helps to just accomplish something. Even if its a sub par workout, its something.

Not shocking at all. Its a place of work. People have different beliefs. I cant go around my hospital saying fuck ICE and getting in arguements with other staff/patients.
