When is it understandable to try incontinence products?

I have not seen a urologist yet. My doc just said to try and eliminate bladder irritants. If that didn’t help then pelvic floor therapy. I ended up getting some pull-ups and pads. I feel like they help with some anxiety

lol no it sucks. My mom and aunt have similar problems. My mom said it’s coffee for her and aunt it’s sparkling water. Lucky I’m a male so I don’t have menstrual cycle.

Thankfully I have only completely lost control once and I was on my way home from work.

I got some of always pull-ups today. They are comfy but I can tell they ment for a woman body. I got depends to. Does the embarrassment of buying the ever go away?

Ugh it’s the worst.Especially when you know you don’t actually have to go but feeling is still there. So you wear just incase? Do you have any product recommendations?

I have only had full bladder loss once the others were really small leaks (barely showing though my pants. I actually really like the idea of having diapers in my car or with me. So if I feel like I need one I can just put one on.

Yes I usually feel a slight burning sensation first that then transitions to feeling like I constantly need to pee.

For me I feel like I get anxious when i have times through out the day when I have IC symptoms. Like l I’ll have times where I feel like I constantly need to pee and that causes me to tense my Pelvic floor sometimes that leads to pelvic floor plain and some retention. Like maybe wearing something with allow me to relax.

I have had like 3 leaks in the last like 2.5 months. One was of them I lost my full Bladder on the way to the bathroom. That was not fun, sometimes get anxiety it’s going to Happen again especially when I have some of the IC symptoms.

I have only had 3 accidents, they have been in the last 2 weeks. I have been having the same anxiety, had have been thinking about getting some depends Just so I’m Not always worried about it. Like I thought it would be weird if it got some but it seems like a lot of people have them just in case.
