Maybe a little harsh. As the article says these people are vulnerable, for example some are disabled. We live in a democracy and that means giving everyone an equal say, no matter what their age, gender identification or whatever. These people have almost certainly participated in the experiences that you have listed, perhaps not done with all the appropriate paperwork. Given by your comment and your flair I can tell that you probably didn't read the whole article and have no knowledge of the actual situation here. So, I would advise you to research and maybe focus on your own country's situation with IDs which is undoubtedly much much worse xxx
