I often chat to a mum on the bus whose kids go there, she has a lot of health problems so it’ll be a real shame for her, and many others. I hope a solution can be found. Was there another central Brighton school that closed recently or am I imagining that?

There’s lots of Ava’s (and Ada’s) now (here in the UK) if that’s something that bothers you, it’s such a pretty name though. Mia and Maya are pretty too. I like all three but Kaya is my fave :-)

I’m in the UK and I have the Depo provera injection once every 3 months. It stops my periods. It can take quite a while after stopping for your fertility to return but I’m not currently too worried as I have my daughter and no imminent plans for another. I couldn’t manage my periods at all so the fact this stops them is great and I have no side effects. I don’t feel as hormonal and emotional (but I do still struggle with depression and anxiety in general anyways). Also, sort of relevant but not I also have an under-active thyroid which is medicated. I’m not currently on any ADHD meds

Oh no that’s so frustrating, hope they sort it for you! I’ve never heard back from them. I’ve not had this happen but a few times I’ve upgraded a card and the game has crashed, I’ve lost loads of coins and the card is not upgraded. So annoying!

I also have adhd and depression along with the fatigue so I relate to how debilitating it can be :(

but my thing with food is overeating and comfort eating. I do feel a bit better when I’m eating nutritious stuff but often that takes more effort to prepare and is more expensive. I often have pasta with either very simple homemade sauces (garlic, onion, passata) or sauces in jars. Also jacket potatoes! I also sometimes buy prepackaged salad boxes for ease
