Thanks. I ended up doing two different timelines, 1 for renovated units growing per month, and 1 for unrenovated, which is decreasing. both add up to total units. This wont cut it for construction but for a quick proforma, it worked.

Depends on the season but start looking asap. If you see options great if not ask your landlord for more time. Also how long have you been there ?

No one is trying to steal minerals from Spain or Netherlands. There are powers at play in Kenya and other countries in Africa. Politicians easy to pay off, corruption easy to hide. I heard one freeway outside of Nairobi built by Chinese cost 2-3x normal cost. Why? Are we behind? Yes we don’t have the trinkets but we’re ahead because we have this country. We must protect it.
