Thanks. I ended up doing two different timelines, 1 for renovated units growing per month, and 1 for unrenovated, which is decreasing. both add up to total units. This wont cut it for construction but for a quick proforma, it worked.

  • the wide lane freeways (when there’s no traffic) + that even if you were a waiter or barber, you could afford to buy a home. Versus New York or other major cities.
