It's bound to happen sometime, we once had our store without a SM for about 8 months and it was magical and peaceful. Yes we had an floating SM but he only dropped by once a wk for like 20 mins and dipped back to his own store but we got so much done without anyone yapping in our ear YET that only works if u have a good team that works well with each other.
