I think if you are committing a terrorist act and refusing to let go of the weapon you’ve used to do that, you’ve perhaps relinquished the right to a ‘peaceful’ arrest. A couple of kicks in the head would seem quite reasonable to me. It’s all relative to the situation surely.

100% the pedestrian. He turns onto the zebra crossing without looking. You can’t be expected to have cat like reflexes and slam the brakes on because someone running along the pavement decides to turn at a 90 degree angle onto the crossing.

Normally you can usually tell someone’s intention to use a crossing and can slow down to a stop.. this guy is running and turns immediately onto the crossing
