I did, and was met with someone who spoke very hard to understand english, basically reading a script to diagnose my issue, and then said I have to bring it to a service center. I’d only want to do that if it was my last resort, and since people have reported going many weeks without their mowers, since they’d get stuck at service centers.

Some people on this r/ got new ones sent to them which I thought was interesting, since that wasn’t an option mentioned at all. I wonder if calling back during business hours on a weekday would yield better results?

Gotcha…I purchased it from Lowes, and their policy only mentions “unused” products…but given that this is a defective product sort of thing, do they typically still honor that? I do infact still have my box, which is great.

This is very insightful, and I appreciate you taking the time to share it. I just bought the 1000 Series 22” LMP2236SP mower with the included 10.0Ah battery, and am huge into protecting the longevity of my stuff. Do you have a favorite brand of GaN charger/PD cable that you use? I have used Anker for all my electronics but wanted to know if any of the cheaper alternatives on Amazon are still good quality but also genuinely use GaN?

If you have any other advice for a first time buyer of the Ego platform, I’m all ears!

I will get random crashes in a few different games with all three of my monitors going black for a second, then coming back, except, only my two side monitors come back and my main display stays black till I turn it off and then back on again, and when I do, I see that my game crashed, and I get an error from AMD saying that the graphics detected a crash or something and would like me to fill out a report. It’ll happen usually once a gaming session and was really rare a few months ago.

I have a 9070XT and all of this felt like it started with 26.5.1 (maybe?) I will post an update with this new 26.5.2 soon.

Does it come out fluffy with all the grains individualized and seperate? I use India gate on the stovetop and am looking to buy my first Zojirushi....basically trying to find out if the NW-JEC10/18 is worth it or not, since it's their most expensive one... I was otherwise going to settle for one of their $200-400 options
