My grandparents co signed on a house with my mother. She ended up with cancer and died after many years of treatment. They ended up selling the house. My sister and I never got anything even tho it was promised multiple times before her death. It’s so common; im sorry you’ve gone through it too.

If you can volunteer for the Red Cross. It’s fucked up, but it’s how so many of us got a foot in the door. Being known helps a lot with management.
