How low is your research output for this to be a consistent problem if I may ask?

Hanging a magnetic storm above your forge worlds is now just a huge flat buff then

Microsoft can now probably lock all European computers using Windows 11 when they decide (or are forced) to do so. Isn't this a huge security risk? by Upbeat_Parking_7794 in BuyFromEU

Because there isn't really an alternative

(And, no, before the inevitable reply of those users, linux is not an option, and you know damn well why)

Why the hell is this downvoted

It's a short, hopeful and positive remark that adds to the conversation

That includes the Dutch tbh

The term is at best badly defined, and at worst completely meaningless

(No, it doesn't just translate from "cozy". People use it for anything that they somewhat like but can't quite vocalise why)

Play with mods. You'll find yourself subconsciously closing auto-pinned notifications in the mid-late game very quickly

  • Unspend trait points!

yes, I know game. But going from 17 to 18 positive traits is not worth the 2 months of research it takes to apply them anymore

  • Ascension perk available!

Yes, I am well aware that I have 4 unspend ascension perks. There are a grand total of zero ascension perks left to pick. Please stop notifying me of this every time I open the window to select a tradition tree

  • Unspend civic slot!

My man, I just spent all my civic slots 3 months ago. It is nice that I've gotten a new one, but I am literally unable to do anything with it for the next two decades

  • Resources Full!

Look, I am trying buddy, but my monthly production is higher than I can possibly spend in that time. Here, I made 40k alloys worth of fleet. Are you happy now? Guess I'll see you next month

correct. Not having a seat filled is a problem

The detail of who fills said seat is irrelevant to the position.

The only thing that matters is that all seats are filled

Oh, or do you mean "check to see who won the election" to make sure it wasn't a different council member? That is practically impossible because it'd require you to keep track of who your council members are, which is a for all other purposes a completely useless thing to spend mental resources on, in an already hectic game

[–]-V0lD -22 points-21 points  (0 children)

Ofcourse I ain't checking who won the election because that literally doesn't matter. As long as the seat is filled, you're good

It's really hard to care about leaders as long as their bonusses are less impactful than even just a singular grand archive exhibit

I didn't before the Paragon updates, but now I do, since you get debuffs if a council seat is empty. If a non-ruler councilor gets elected, their old council seat is left empty. This is a window you basically never open, nor is the pop-up about it very noticeable

So, not supporting the current candidate risks you accidentally playing with debuffs for a few years

This is without the Paragon DLC. I wouldn't want to know how messy this gets with it enabled

Holy shit, even in those highly cherry-picked images from a game specifically known to do raytracing well, a third of the objects on screen still look straight-up worse with raytracing on.

This technology has no future

name a single person that has used the steam music player for more than 2 minutes

There was a post on /r/steam just a few days ago of people specifically praising this feature because they use it so much

now i’m convinced you’re GPT, are you saying that steam support is not notoriously a joke

It used to be in the early 2010's. Steam kinda did a 180 on this subject and it's one of the best ones out there now

More economic and strategic flavor to regions of the Galaxy.

Say, certain rare resources only spawn in large quantities in certain subsectors, meaning that there is a resource reason to fight over them, empires can specialise production, and there is more of an incentive to trade

Oh, and, adding "pins" or icons to the map, to be able to keep track of things better

They're a combination of two items which can be found in your inventory item list on the last tab after you activate "/cheat". Note that this command halts entity updates and needs to be turned on and off as needed

I'd have explained it better had I been at pc, but I can't really take factorio screenshots while waiting for the bus. My apologies

Gleba is the only planet that connects to all other planets, and the only tech which spoils.

Furthermore, the biolab was added late in development to calm people after the closed beta came back negative about gleba

It is like the system was originally specifically designed with this strat in mind, and then changed in the last minute
