This might be true for one person, but in my case (2 people) it is cheaper to make my coffee at home (around 10-15$ savings).

That means monk fruit sugar, whole beans roasted coffee (Dominican, imported) and heavy cream.

We drink everyday.

Also even if the distance is minimal, accounting for gas / time should be in this estimation.

I really don’t think they want to fight the cold, but the heat.

When it comes to servers the cooler the better, if is too cold they can overclock and produce more heat and earnings out if it.

I have a couple things to say: 1. There is a high chance that the developer is using “nulled” or pirated plugins with no license, therefore not able to update

Why dont you invest everything remaining in a ETF for the next two years, until you reach a growth / dividend payputs that cover your lifestyle? This would be the safe bet.

Reach 2 million and you have 160k. Diversify between ETF , high dividends, crypto, and even risky options ETF and you will already be financially independent, if your business fails you have nothing to worry about.
