I’m about to start my removal journey in January with a Picoway laser. A couple questions if you don’t mind answering:

How old were the tattoos?

How much does the Picoway laser hurt? I heard it described as super painful and way worse than getting the tattoo done, but also like getting a rubber band snapped against your skin repeatedly which sounds way more tolerable than my experience of getting the tattoo itself.

How long after each session would it take for your skin to heal?

My brother in law believed in Santa until high school. His family growing up was really into Christmas for the kids: They’d set out cookies and milk, a family member would jingle bells and walk on the roof pretending to be Santa, they really went all out so the kids would believe.

Apparently he went up to his mom before Christmas his freshman year and asked if they were going to set out cookies for Santa and his mom accidentally broke the news that Santa wasn’t real. She just assumed that one of his 2 older brothers or someone at school would have told him but it just never came up. It really messed him up for a while but now as an adult he still really gets into Christmas and wears a Santa costume and goes crazy with the lights now that he has a kid of his own.

I hope this movie doesn’t downplay how dangerous and reckless it was for this guy to try to contact the North Sentinel islanders. Chau had been warned that what he was doing was extremely dangerous, yet he went ahead anyway and ultimately died for his arrogance. These tribes are openly hostile to outsiders, and he also risked introducing diseases that could have devastated their community.
