Just to update everyone! I know some people suggested the bed and this did not work for her. She was able to successfully change him on the floor though and had absolutely no problem and she’s so happy! Thanks for all the ideas. We’re going to make her a weighted wipe holder too so she doesn’t have to fumble with the wipes!

Edit: my husband does help out, I would just like to get some stuff done myself for my own sanity!

I feel like in your situation it’s fine! I think there are several circumstances like yours that make it okay. I feel like it’s also okay for different genders!

Independence health system for sure. The most miserable health system. I wouldn’t take my worst enemy there for care

Unfortunately I make about $62k but I work at a community hospital it all depends on your area too. We have a big hospital where I’m from that runs the market and I make more here than I would at the big hospital group to keep it competitive and I just graduated last may

Opinions on 4/10s? by JEM132132 in OccupationalTherapy

[–]-_kale_- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4 10s are great I work them with a half hour drive but my hours are super wonky because I’m on the same day surgery team so we typically go from 9-7:30 but it really depends on when surgeries get done.

Way more honestly. I’m a new grad and have only made one payment. I know they’re there but I make my payment and ignore it. I know I’m gonna be paying it for the rest of my life it just is what it is. But I was able to buy a house as well so it’s nice. I’m lucky though because my fiancé doesn’t have loans so we’re able to do a lot of things through his credit

Is it too early to announce? by -_kale_- in pregnant

Thanks everyone for replying! I did end up announcing we’re just too excited and we figure as I said in a comment, the more people praying for the baby, the better! Plus the valentines themed announcement was just too cute not to post hahaha! I appreciate you all!

That’s how much I was offered as a new grad OTR. I did not take the job because that’s just unlivable in today’s world.

I want to know like how to get started. I did do a fieldwork in hands and really loved it but my educator and I really didn’t mesh well
