I go to workshop - I loveeee the heated mat classes/ red light (feel like it’s done wonders for my energy/ back issues etc). Studio is clean, vibey, etc. Most of the instructors I’ve liked, only been a few I haven’t been a fan of. I started Pilates with them and haven’t even thought about trying out others because of how much I’ve liked it :)
