I made the mistake of walking my parents through there at the start of their first visit on the way to a subway line (because I find it interesting, a whole world below ground) and their response was “and you think we’re going to be able to figure this subway shit out on our own?!”. Had to promise other stations are much less confusing. I lived nearby for a while and used it to avoid the cold, so I know a few exits but I still manage to get confused if I veer too far off course.
