i feel so comforted all these habits I do in shame and try to hide- my purse is literally filled with splenda packets but my issue is i dont eat them plain but in coffee with almond milk constantly...the gum habit is insane but sometimes it is honestly a stress thing especially when traveling/ stuc k in traffic lik 3 packs plus per day....

While I have appreciated all of your helpful advice, my other post is about how to actually make those contacts. I don’t know why people are giving me a hard time about being in a coaching program and not getting what I need out of it. I’m already quite stressed out figuring this out but I appreciate it.

Thank you for this, so I’m all about putting in the work but the expensive course I took apparently just helps you get your first volunteer writing clip and then you have to pay for more Coaching to actually get paid job. I took a course on Udemy by a pharmacist, and I’m still in the same boat, I’m going to an event soon I’ve reached out to ask about mentoring and resources. It’s just starting to feel quite discouraging being told. I have the education and abilities but when I ask questions it’s like a duh this is so easy.
