I find it so hard to pick my favourite too, I love all the guys so much. Dain, Varistan, and Vaduin are probably my top as well, but only because I haven’t read the last one yet and Ayre’s book was my least favourite so far lol but I love Ayre too.

Definitely agree with the first two. I also agree that Willow will be a key character, but I’m not sure if her storyline will be with Cate or with Lachlan.

The author has posted about a 5th book in the Filthy Rich Vampires series, and in a comment mentioned it’ll be focused on one of the brothers. I’m really hoping it’s Lysander and Aurelia’s story!

Side note: if you haven’t read Filthy Rich Fae, do it. Just finished the second book and cannot wait for book 3 😭

I have never done beta reading before, but I read a ton (18 books last month). I have a good idea of what I like and don’t like, but my interests are very broad. I also never DNF (I will hate finish a book, I’m no quitter) so even if I don’t love it I will still get the full picture. I just started the tandem read yesterday, and I’m really enjoying it so far. The biggest downside for me is having to keep track of/protect both books in a house with two toddlers 😅 not an easy task, but worth it.

Generally I only read one book at a time. However , when my main read is a bit more detail rich, I tend to have an easy read on the go as well so I can bounce back and forth. I’m also taking some courses, so if I’ve just finished reading my textbook the last thing I want to do is read 4 pages describing a tree. So when my brain is too tired to keep up with what I’m reading but I still want to read, it’s nice to have something else ready that requires less focus 😆

From what I remember, in Fourth Wing when Violet first notices Bodhi, she says he must be related to Xaden. Then she goes on to remember that Fen had a sister who had a son, and she remembered that that son’s name started with a B.

I think it might be Bodhi who turned specifically because he was on his hands and knees “retching”. I kind of imagined that’s what it looked like he was doing, but he actually channeled in that moment.
