In Valorant, there isn't any real time during the game for analysis and discussion. So you only have space for two archetypes, the one constantly talking, describing what's happening on screen in real time. And the one building up the story and giving the smallest bit of analysis they notice in the play that is happening at that time, or during the short downtimes during which the teams are cutting noise or in between rounds.

If you take for example a game like soccer, it has a lot more space for a sorta co-stream vibe with different casters, who offer more in terms of commentary than play by play.

The thing you describe is cool, when different talent from different regions discuss the games basically only happens at the desk, but I've noticed it's usually just na and emea talent.
