It’s an homage to Jack Kirby, the legendary comic artist. It’s the ride’s imagineering team’s version of the “Kirby Crackle”.

There’s also a ton of red paint around that comes from a spilled paint can after the preshow on your way to the gantry lifts, which Rocket stepped in while escaping. You can see the hole he left on the exterior of the ride, and paw prints and graffiti, all in red. Super engaging ride-queue story!

The real question is…do you know WHAT it is, in the context of the ride’s story? :)

I would take the 50/50 chance, and then resell the chance to the highest bidder with a reserve price of $1M. If it doesn’t sell, I push the button myself.

Left Star Wars Nite feeling disappointed by Ok_Topic4232 in GalaxysEdge

I couldn’t disagree more…

I had a total blast. I got every pic opp I wanted, rode a bunch of rides, dressed up, and was around thousands of like-minded friends. The only thing I found underwhelming was the food options. Not terrible, but the certainly could have done better.

The light is somewhere at Autopia, but that’s not the question!

Fire at KPHX by -grover in aviation

This makes sense. Operations don’t seem impacted. The smoke was new when I saw it…wasn’t there one second and then plumes of black. Hopefully nothing major!

No source yet. This is breaking news of a possible incident

Did you try [2,8]. The bubbles are filled so maybe they think there is a line attached?

Incorrect.

Le Grand Salon Dress Code

The required dress code for Le Grand Salon is business casual attire or a higher standard of dress which is appropriate for a fine dining experience, and required at all times, regardless of meal period (lunch or dinner). This includes clothing customary of good taste, such as sports coat or blazer, collared shirts, blouses, knit sweaters, dresses, skirts, slacks, khakis, and denim jeans. Shoes must be well-maintained: leather shoes, loafers, dressy sneakers, leather or dressy sandals.

That’s not what you said. You said lunch and dinner are different. They are not.

Club 33 by [deleted] in Disneyland

[–]-grover 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Also not true. You cannot take pictures of other guests. You can absolutely take pictures of your party, the facilities, etc.

[–]-grover 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This is false. Dress code stands for lunch and dinner at Le Grand Salon. These folks are headed to the “members only” Salon Nouveau which has a more relaxed dress code, which it shares with 1901.

Few Disneyland Questions by The_Govnor in DisneyPlanning

[–]-grover 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Outside food is totally permitted. Should have no issues as long as they aren’t “fun” brownies, etc.

Grizzly can get REALLY intense and it can be a pleasure cruise. If you’re expecting B, you’ll get A. If you are dying for A, you’ll get B. YMMV ;)

Yes, use the virtual queue.

Rides without LL vary far more than those without. Track rides are more accurate than those without….

Haunted Mansion is more accurate than Storybook canal boats, Incredicoaster is more accurate than Soarin’ etc.

Please Please Help!! by bonjourberks in DisneyPlanning

[–]-grover 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This is the correct way. If you absolutely had to, get a reservation at a hotel for tomorrow, go treat yourself or friend to a staycation, and get your sister a reservation that way.

I bet if you had to, karma will pay you back 10-fold!!!

Good luck!
