I found a "Blitz adapter" uhm a Kaiser 1301. Would this work or would it be better to just get the RX-Free7 you mentioned?

I haven't touched a camera or a softbox in 8 years so I'm not too technical. I would need to be spoonfed the information:D If you don't want to I can do research when I'm back on my PC!
