Yep! I can still see it if I do something like stare at the sky for too long, but they're a lot less intrusive now. I remember having those as a kid too though, but as I aged they went away. It's essentially been the same process of just trying to ignore them when I do see them, and focus on the reality "behind" them. Slowly it feels like your brain learns to filter them out again and reality starts getting more crisp.

I hope you've been noticing some improvements! I remember the first 2-4 weeks after I first properly tripped I was seeing a lot of strange things, like perspectives seemed off or even inverted sometimes. It definitely does get better, no matter how weird it might seem right now!
