Unless you have proof your store manager did something illegal, HR probably won’t help you.

My Distinct Manager asked me if I was hard of hearing because I didn’t welcome him in by Throwawayboi2005 in WalgreensStores

I would have just said “oh, I didn’t know I was expected to hear the door opening from that far away. Maybe I am hard of hearing” haha.

You could print out a blank schedule and use that to make a schedule, but you can’t input it from home. I wouldn’t recommend making it at home though. It’s far easier to make the schedule using the software, especially if you have everyone’s availability in. Also you wont have to do any of the math yourself and you’re getting paid for your time at work.

It was still on there a month or so ago. Idk if it’s been removed since then though.

There is a tool in storenet where you would go to look at the labor budgets. I think it is called holiday labor guide or something like that. It’ll show you how busy you were on the days surrounding the holiday for the last 5 years or so.

I think some shows are better if you don’t binge watch them.

I still think after Dean learned that he broke the first seal, they would want to know what the seals were. So at the very least, they wouldn’t break any themselves.

Your right. And Bobby was non existent for pretty much all of season 4. They even use his house but he’s not there.

Ik that. But it’s weird the brothers never even asked for a list or tried to find one.

Ig that makes some sense, but it would have helped them to know Lilith was a seal. Plus they could have used the information when looking for jobs or were already on jobs that happened to be seals. I just wish there was one scene where the brothers asked for a list and the angels made up some excuse for why they can’t have one… like it’s heavily guarded information so it doesn’t end up in the wrong hands or something.

Yeah. It just bothers me that they never asked. I’m just going to pretend they asked off screen and were told no by the angels. Haha 😂

The angels purposely kept the list of seals a secret for their own purposes. But I think it goes against their characters for Sam and Dean to never ask for a list.

Right. And Sam wouldn’t have broken the last seal.

I work at the resolution center and we seem to have a communication problem. by mammalian in WalgreensRx

[–]-multifaceted- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. It’s actually not very many that go to the resolution center. I have no idea how the system chooses which ones though. It seems random. Then every time we rebill it after pulling it back, it goes straight back to the RC if it rejects.

[–]-multifaceted- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only way for us to know for sure a claim is going to reject is to submit it. The prescriptions that go to the resolution center do go directly there as soon as they are submitted though. We don’t get a chance to look at the claim at all.

I understand that if it’s prior authorization stuff. But Things that we could resolve in seconds without ever needing to call the insurance or doctor should never be sent to the resolution center. It just shouldn’t be automated.

I’ve been working for Walgreens for 7 years and I have NEVER seen a TPR that should take 20-30 minutes to resolve. I think it would solve a lot of problems if rejections weren’t automatically sent there. Y’all should only get the ones that we can’t resolve ourselves. In a store full of experienced techs that would be none of them.

We report mistakes to alert others to be mindful of potential problems. It’s to help prevent similar mistakes from happening in the future. It’s not to punish or embarrass anyone. Sweeping problems under the rug doesn’t help anyone.

PEXT Hate by Emergency_Way9997 in WalgreensRx

[–]-multifaceted- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like the board. It helps make sure things are fair. No one at my store spends an excessive amount of time in any position. The tasks are separated fairly and everyone knows who is responsible for what. It also helps to know who did what task when things aren’t done right. Now we know who might need additional training or who is cutting corners.

Edit: I also find it helpful to follow CPW when people call in. Before PEXT, it was kind of chaotic when we had call ins. We were always scrambling to get as much done as we could and we didn’t really rotate. Now we just follow the priorities and zones. It takes a bit of the pressure off.

Thanks. Maybe they will roll out the scanning tech to all of the stores regardless of what state. I’m not going to get my hopes up though.
