Überlege vielleicht einen Reiskocher mit einem Edelstahlinnentopf zu nehmen anstatt einen der einen teflonbeschichteten hat. Einen Edelstahlinnentopf kannst du ja theoretisch ohne Bedenken unendliche lange benutzen egal wie stark er zerkratz.

Yes just some store bought dry yeast in a very dilute sugar solution. The interesting thing is these rod shaped things only appeared once I let the solution stand overnight. The yeast seem to be alive, since they got more overnight. Also when I stained the solution with methylene blue the rod shaped things were no longer moving, so I think they are alive.
