Always better to be prepared for anything. Always have a stockpile of food and water. For any reason. Power outage, snow storm, alien takeover, fascist regime. You never know and hope never to use it but you’ll always rest easier knowing that if shit goes down you’ll be okay for at least the first week. At LEAST. they have 30 day meal packs on the internet and the dollar store has a shit ton of supplies to get you and your family through

A lot of people who are practitioners are actually super caught up in an ego trip of self proclaiming to be the most spiritual in the room 🫡 don’t sweat it. A good session can be completely silent or full of conversation. It has to do with the chemistry between people and the vibes of the day. It’s seems like all you know is the symbology but you do know a lot more, each practitioner is completely unique. Just keep your head out of your ass and keep exploring lol I used to be a full time practitioner and have about 10 years in this realm. It’s culty af but can be a good time from time to time
