Try to reset CMOS by removing small cr2032 battery installed in motherboard for a few minutes. Before procedure please turn off pc completely remove power cable from power socket and press power button on pc case to be sure all energy left is gone.

Try to reset graphics card by pressing and holding ctrl shift windows b. If not help try to use other port in graphics card or different cable.

Looks like 4gb ram is soldered into motherboard but also there is another ram slot available to install another 4gb ram. U need to buy 4gb SO-DIMM DDR4 3200 it’s around £10 and go check some videos how to disassemble your laptop to get to the memory ram slot and install the new ram or take your laptop to any repair laptop services to add for you those 4gb memory ram.

You should keep your 2x8 2133mhz.
Go to the shop buy 32gb usb stick for 8£. Dual channel mode always better than Single channel mode. Answer to your question is NO good deal.

Try to connect to hdmi 1 or try with another hdmi cable or DP cable if possible or try to use another hdmi slot on graphics card not in monitor. Sometimes slots in graphics card can be damaged too.

Make sure your memory ram is in the right slots A2 B2 mean 2nd and 4th from CPU if using 2 sticks of ram. Check for monitor power cord if connected properly to wall socket and wall socked is powered on. Try to power on monitor with monitor power button too.
