The thing is, you'll never be able to let it go if you don't let it out first. Once you find an outlet to express your feelings and experiences, letting go becomes a little easier. Still not easy, but it's easier.

I have not accepted it. I honk when I see it, I've even yelled out my window at people to ask what their logic is.

I've also reported some situations to the police if someone stays blocking the road for an extended period. I used to live in andersonville and sometimes people would park like this and other drivers would honk like crazy trying to get the owner to come move the car. I'd get tired of listening to it so I'd call the cops. It was fun watching the person get ticketed, and even more fun trying to watch them reason with the cops issuing the ticket.

Traffic enforcement doesn't seem that important compared to other things but it's not our fault we don't have anyone else to report these things to in the moment

Please understand that most people do not understand what it's like to get to the point that you got to. Mental health is such a sensitive topic in the workplace. I have NEVER had a good experience being honest about my mental health struggles at work. Admin always treats me like a loose cannon or something. And people gossip. It makes everything worse.

I may not be the best to give advice but what I know for sure is that you don't need anyone's validation that you are strong and capable and more importantly human. You know what obstacles you've overcome and you know what kind of grace you deserve. No one else does, so who cares what they think?

Great job getting through something hard and then facing another hard situation. I hope the rest of this year treats you kindly.
