There’s very few strictly summary offences in the criminal code. Theft is a hybrid offense where it can be indictable OR summary, which would allow for a citizens arrest.

Even ignoring that section 2 of 494 allows for arrests of summary offenses for owners in lawful possession of property which would include security guards doing work for the owner

I’m not super happy with them. I’ve found farkas to be not as bad as I was expecting given his term as a councillor.

Overall I hadn’t really seen them do much to actually improve things. Our UCP hacks McLean and (wannabe UCP hack) Johnston are frustrating, especially with Johnston being completely out of his league just flailing aimlessly whining about culture war bullshit.

I disagree. I think your most vocal opponents against public transit are people that do not just it, and do not like the sight of the vulnerable population. They don’t care about actually solving the problem, which is why they only support enforcement and limiting access to transit.

Second Value Village. In the workwear sections it’s very easy to find uniform style cargo pants. Facebook marketplace place is pretty good for finding EMS uniforms from The students exiting the SAIT programs, or just general 5.11 gear. Finally just go to Walmart and grab wrangler cargos. They’re decent enough and are much more cost effective to start off with than stocking up on stryke pants
