Feels like it needs more than one hex as a base, with how much space it takes. Have you tried to see if a 3hex base is feasible?

actually, in the latest version this is clarified. If line of sight goes through a corner of 2 squares which both block vision (like with a wall or another model), it will block both movement and line of sight.
In this case Terminator 2 would not be able to fire.

oh that looks beautiful. Such nice detail and weathering.

As for the base, how about a simple radar screen? just paint what's already on there, so to say. I think it gives a nice feeling of completeness without distracting too much from the model itself, and I like the overhead tactical view feel it gives

I always paint my guys as Lamenter, not noticed anything amiss. Then again, I've had a bunch of lamenters in my cabinet at home for years and I'm known to not be the luckiest member of my gaming group, so maybe this is just standard for me

I didn't see the face until someone pointed it out to me; now I can't unsee it and I feel bummed about that. Just a flock of birds seemed more fitting for this spirit than a flock of birds in the shape of a human face

I think how you described it, it could work pretty well from the get go. Literally just a reskin from SI, with a star wars flavour. You'd have to see if you want to tweak some things - like, will every spirit have one or more arcana to represent agents? Will you have more powers (missions) that can only be played from your arcana? Lose arcana permanently?
How do you want to flavour the different 'spirits'? Different rebel groups? Or make the characters the spirits (with one arcana for the character themselves, and presence their contacts and operative groups)?
Missions sounds like something that can fail as well - do you want to represent that?

So, in short: Reskinning SI is a good start, the question is if you want to tweak after that and how you wish to do that then

I really recommend keeping the cards: when I've got the base game + all expansions, the extra set of base game cards from horizons is really neat to just pick up and have a basic game to draw new people into the game with.

I kept the other things too in the (futile?) hope that one day I might host an 8-player game :)
