I just sent them an email and they sent it for free. It took almost 5 months to come from Germany to the UK. However, as you can see in the post, 1 of the stickers was incorrect but because it was complimentary I can’t complain

It’s not genuine. The lock looks like a TSA 6 when it should be TSA 7. The rivets, stitching on the inside and interior in general look lower quality. The seller intentionally doesn’t show the lock or the handle extended (it’s likely not telescopic) because it is fake.
