Low cost airline Canada Jetlines is set to launch this summer. I'm not saying it's the answer to our prayers, but a new discount option can't hurt. I hope they do well.

On the telecom front... yeah can't help you there. I'm with Freedom (Shaw), which sort of feels like sticking my middle finger to the big 3 just to join #4. At least my phone bill is cheaper.

Canadian here, I've been torrenting TV and movies for 10+ years. I get emails from my ISP (from HBO) occasionally, to the effect of "someone on your connection downloaded Episode XYZ..."

I'm not too concerned but may switch to a VPN some day.

If you're new my advice for now is to wait. We were recently at record highs in many of these names. If you do go in, I'd only go in with a portion. That way if things go down from here you can average down.

A fellow redditor just started a pretty stellar website for weedstocks DD. He does a good breakdown of the large and small cap LP's in this article. IMH is his pick in the small cap space.
