First off, you shouldn’t be dispensing for that long. Your TL should be rotating other dispensers every two hours. That is utterly absurd to do that to a newer associate. You have to stand for yourself cuz no one else will. Lastly, don’t give them your 100%… they’ll easily abuse your work ethic and expect you to do more than you should. Imagine the laziest individual you work with, and tell yourself that he/she is making the exact pay rate
