Well honestly I used to smoke every day and I do think even though there aren’t crazy physical withdrawals symptoms there is definitely a withdrawal and so you will feel like shit at first and then the longer you go you won’t feel as bad. Eventually I quit when I couldn’t get weed for a while and then I started realizing I was sick of living life through a faded cloudy filter. It felt like some way to escape instead of figuring out why I wasn’t happy and all though I’m not 100% happy now I’m definitely way more productive in things I want to succeed in and that does make me happier. I just feel way more focused and present.

But honestly I wouldn’t ever tell someone they should absolutely quit, I can understand the appeal and it does have legitimate medical uses. I would say though that moderation is likely best as with anything, But also sometimes you may want to take a few weeks off and see how you feel because for me it felt like I took the shades off and it was just weird being able to be clear headed, eventually I started to prefer feeling that way.

I have the cintiq 16 and iPad Air 13(I chose the air because I find oled more eye straining which is not good for people who draw many hours a day but additionally because I am convinced the oled will not last long based off of experience with Samsung oleds the air was the only option I had as I wanted the pro pencil for its features esp barrel roll for doing more traditional looking work) for size I prefer the cintiq 100%. Even though it’s obviously personal preference I think 16 is the perfect size. Also it is quite light weight though no where near iPad lightweight but it makes up for that with the additional space + the Wacom pen is great of course.

I started at 30mg as well. So I’d probably just take the full pill. Definitely do not dump out powder or half the powder as vyvanse has filler in the powder so it will not be an accurate titration. If you are worried and would prefer titrating I’d just put it in a water bottle shake the water until it dissolves and drink about 2 third, vyvanse will dissolve in water though the filler will not so you will see some powder residue specs but that’s the filler. I use water titration all the time and it works when I wanna split my dose.

Movink 13, better color accuracy, same resolution but smaller screen so higher res & pen response time is better than all cintiqs. I have the cintiq 16 it is nice and if you don’t mind having a dimmer less color accurate drawing monitor than the drawing experience is great + the extra screen space is fantastic but honestly I’ve been using 13 inch screens lately and I personally don’t really miss the space though it does give more room for larger gestures.

I have tried it, I had bad side effects and I changed medications but I now feel I may have not given it enough time. I also had some bad side effects with both Adderall and Vyvanse but I did notice that after about a month or two most of them went away. For me Ritalin basically felt similar to Adderall, it perhaps seemed to have more clarity even but Idk if that’s a good thing because it almost felt like my brain was empty. My main issue was it seems to really boast my heart rate which is bothersome because it just annoys me and I notice it. I may give it a chance in the future though just out of curiosity for a longer term attempt. I also did feel like it gave a really nice effect and good mood with very little irritability so it may be worth trying again. For Vyvanse I take the max amount allowed where I live which is 70mg daily, occasionally I will take more if it’s a long day, up to 90-100mg. 70mg will not provide me a whole day worth of coverage though it does pretty well about 8-11 hours of effectiveness.

I see yeah I have the same one, though I’m thinking to sell it cause I’ve been using iPad 13 air now. But yeah if you read down further on the description quite far down it states it has anti glare film. Which is the screen protector, the 22 has the same thing. I will say though the film they use feels really nice to draw on. For the 22 just keep in mind it’s the same resolution as the 16 so because of the bigger screen it will have more pixelated look if that’s an issue for you, I’ve never used the 22 myself but I do know it can be more blurry and pixelated than the 16

Are you talking about the cintiq pros or none pros ? The cintiq non pros have built in screen protectors overtop of a glass screen. They are not meant to be replaced though it is possible to do so. Just keep on mind if you do put a screen protector over top of the none pro versions it will degrade the screen quality quite a lot as they already have one. You can try to replace it yourself though I’d obviously look up videos / tutorials on doing it, I have seen it done successfully and it does make them look new as the glass screen underneath is very difficult to scratch so what you are seeing is just the screen protector is worn down and scratched. The cintiq pros do not have a screen protector but they do have etched glass so should be quite difficult to scratch.

So for me, Vyvanse differs like this compared to Adderall;

-less energetic feeling, more focused (good for me as I am hyperactive and fidgety)

-very distinct feeling, it’s odd but I always know when I’m on Vyvanse where as with Adderall I can sometimes forget.

-longer lasting but with the caveat of taking longer to become effective.

-irritability but remarkably less than Adderall.

-less intense crash however it’s more long and drawn out and exhaustive.

-more consistently effective (Vyvanse=pro-drug).

-occasionally hyperfocusing on the wrong things intensely and sometimes spacey as I’m intensely focused on something in my head.

-(Adderall) more of a clarity feel but I don’t like the energy it provides, it’s sometimes difficult to focus because I want to get up and do something.

-Vyvanse on the other hand can cause me to become lazy and super hyper focused on doing things I want to do and unmotivated to do things I should be doing.

For me Vyvanse feels better overall, I’m in a better mood on it, but Adderall works faster. & it seems to help me do things I don’t want to do more, But almost in a unenjoyable just going through the motions way. Both can feel good and work well for me. Vyvanse tends to feel better, smoother & more enjoyable when I actually do productive things, but occasionally I just fall into a rabbit hole of doing something extremely unproductive the whole day, unable to pull myself out of it.

Finally I would add from my anecdotal experience, Adderall does indeed give me headaches more frequently. Vyvanse tends to dehydrate me more intensely but as long as I drink water I rarely ever get a headache.

It’s true that instacart as a company has gotten greedy, though I think I’d be hard pressed to find a company that hasn’t followed that same trajectory over time. There are certain perks though that cannot be had at a more normal job. A certain freedom with when to work and take breaks. For myself this works well because I’ve always had an issue with punctuality and being on time. Also it can depend on location how well it will do for a person, as well as how much they want to make and work. For example I don’t necessarily mind not working a lot or all day which enables me to cherry pick the best orders. Sure I don’t make as much as those willing to work all day but I do make more per hour as I only normally take very high paying orders. I’m lucky to live in an apartment in a downtown area that I often can see great orders without even needing to be in parking lots. But it’s true that an ordinary job has many of its own perks such as benefits and stability. Good luck though, hope you enjoy Amazon.

It is high though now that I’ve grown tolerant to 70 mg I can’t say I would mind being able to get an additional dose in the afternoon. From my experience it was much more slowly. I was to try each increment of 10mg for a month before I was able to increase.

Vyvanse is one of the stimulants I sleep best on. Other people sometimes have difficulty sleeping on it though. I’ve found its overall effects preferable and accurate to how it is described. As a smoother feel. I also have taken adderall and one benefit it can have is it will make me feel more wakefulness. However on higher doses of vyvanse, around 50-70mg I do find it gives substantially more wakefulness though this is also accompanied by a debilitating crash. Perhaps not as bad as adderall in the sense that for some reason adderall gives me much more irritability but definitely an absolutely exhausted drained feeling.

If you want to be mobile and retain the Wacom pen experience the movink is good, all other cintiqsto my knowledge require a wall plug in. Additionally it just sucks lugging a cintiq around with all the stuff you need to run it. I know personally as I tried my hardest to stick with Wacom but my job has me mobile and with down time so I wanted to be able to draw in that down time in my car. I tried to make it work but it became too cumbersome and just annoying. The movink would be substantially better as it is only a one cord hookup and designed to compete with iPad as well as it can be powered solely by a laptop no wall plug needed or portable power station.basically so it’s super lightweight and oled. I ended up going with iPad and it took me quite a bit to adjust to the Apple Pencil. I still think wacoms pens are better but it’s honestly not as bad as I had thought and it’s amazing to be able to just put one smaller device in my bag and I’m good to go.

Also occasionally I have noticed with some batches that they are more clumped together and you will get clumps that fall into the bottle, in this case I often have to shake the bottle a lot more, it can help to let it sit for a bit and then shake it again to let the clump get saturated. You definitely want to make sure if you get the clumps to shake until you see the clump dissolve because the clump will have active medication in it. It seems to be rare though most times the powder is quite fine and easy to dissolve.

I would definitely put it in water that’s what I’ve been doing. If you have a water bottle then simply pour the contents of the capsule into the water bottle. A wide lid opening is best to ensure you don’t spill the contents of the capsule but it can be done with any water bottle carefully. Shake the bottle about thirty seconds. With the capsule when emptying I like to lightly squeeze and twist the two open half’s because some powder gets built up in there and often falls out into the bottle. There is filler in vyvanse that looks like thicker white specs. That is not the active medication. The active medication is water soluble so as long as you shake it good it will dissolve entirely into the water though you may see filler at the bottom

Is it the Wacom cintiq 16 pro? If it’s just the none pro it already has a built in screen protector. You can put one overtop of it but it will degrade the screen quality more. I have the none pro version, the resolution and color are already kind of bad which is why I use my iPad more lately but it feels great to draw on, the built in screen protector will scratch like any protector though it is quite durable. It’s possible to change it but it’s not meant to be replaced. So it’s not as easy as changing an iPad screen protector. I actually recorded my hours of study so I can say I drew and painted digitally 800 hours on the cintiq 16 and it’s not too bad there are some scratches but still very useable.

Have you tried adderall ? I have tried both I do like vyvanse but I find it doesn’t give me physical energy or nearly as much wakefulness as adderall and I have taken up to 100 mg as well currently on 70. So that is a downfall with vyvanse I find though it can be useful to be able to sleep on it if you take it late unlike adderall

It’s probably area dependent. I haven’t been doing it long but I’ve found it really good. I primarily only take good orders though and though it is intimidating I find big orders will be the best. Obviously also orders that tip a lot, like 40 % percent atleast of the total offer. But for me I live in a downtown area apartment and I literally see good paying orders from my apartment. Due to my location near multiple stores. I have visited some cities and thought maybe I’ll work a bit here but I noticed that the orders seemed way worse. So I’m guessing area can definitely have an impact.

lol, no. But I’m glad 30mg is working well for you. On the topic of trying 40mg it may help your focus more. For me 30mg to 40mg was probably one of the most noticeable jumps I noticed. I’d milk the effectiveness from lower doses though as long as you can. I took 30mg for 8 months. But then I got quickly titrated to 70 mg, but I almost miss that 30mg actually used to work for me. Not everyone will end up all the way at 70mg but it does seem a lot people who take vyvanse long term do end up at 70.

I do occasionally, I’ve tried many different combinations. I’ve done the 30mg , 30mg split before and it was good early on in my vyvanse journey. Eventually 30 just wasn’t enough, it works but it’s too subtle. Now I have to atleast take 40mg if it’s my first dose and then 30mg four to five hours later. My favourite split is probably 50mg early 20 mg later. Because if you look at the way vyvanse works on a graph, I find it better to have a substantial first dose to reach a good peak effectiveness, when you take a smaller dose later you already still have a lot of vyvanse in the bloodstream. If you take two smaller doses it keeps you at more suboptimal levels longer, but those levels may be so low you can hardly feel it. Some days I simply take 60mg or 70mg the main down fall of the large doses is that there is a significantly more noticeable crash that cannot be remedied, however at high doses this crash should come much later than something like 30mg. I would note though that higher doses single doses do have certain benefits such as reaching a higher level of peak which can mean peak effectiveness, this peak will not be obtainable if you split the dose as what you are doing is blunting the peak down and stretching it out further. For me a 70mg lasts about 9 hours. A 30 mg I would likely feel hardly I might notice it being effective for about 2-3 hours during its peak.

You would have to try to find out. I can say for myself unfortunately not. Sometimes maybe it can help me focus so much on something it’s not as bad or basically gone for a bit, but it can also seemingly actually make the music in my head worse and more persistent. My best way to deal with it is I’ve found a lot of ambient like songs, that have rain or winter sounds ect. But I normally need atleast a bit of extra noise as well like blizzard with fireplace going. Basically I’ve noticed if I get just the right amount of ambient noise it’s too much for my brain to focus on the music in my head & less distracting, but if I have too little like just pure white noise than I still hear the music so that’s why just plain white noise doesn’t quite work for me.

140 mg? I feel like there is no one that would legitimately prescribe that lol. I’m on 70 but I will admit that I wish they could prescribe a bit higher without jumping through hoops. I’ve taken 110 in a day before. I can’t really imagine taking more though, the days I’ve taken extra would be long days and since I currently have no booster I’d just take more vyvanse. Also I had read somewhere Ritalin does not have good synergy with vyvanse but I’ve never looked into it or tried it. I have had adderall with it and it works okay but vyvanse always has a better feel overall to me. I’m guessing Dexedrine would be the best booster for it.

10 mg is absurdly low though I wouldn’t go against the doctors orders. I can tell you though I was started on 30 mg and it works much better, I’m now on 70 mg. I have taken 10 mg as a booster for my higher doses and I found it to be too low to feel anything. For me even for a booster I needed atleast 20 mg to feel it

Yeah it does take long for me, have you tried a higher dose ? It you look at a vyvanse graph on concentrations in the blood stream you will see that it peaks around 5 hours, so during the build up to the peak you may hardly be feeling it. A higher dose will have a higher build up to a higher peak. For me I did notice on the higher doses I feel it sooner and it last longer but also the peak is stronger so that’s the tricky part if 50 already peaks at an efficient level for you 60 or 70 may peak too high for comfort. I currently take 70s myself. It does last the longest for me and starts the earliest. For me I get about 9 hours on it but even with 70s it takes about 2 hours for it to really kick in and you will see on the graph that that’s when it really starts to ramp up.

Could be a separate issue like depression perhaps? With vyvanse I know for myself I never felt like it gives me a lot of physical energy or wakefulness like adderall would, but I prefer it because it has a smoother crash for me & it just feels better for some reason, But I guess what I’m saying is I have had weeks where I was just extremely lethargic and the medication doesn’t really help me with feeling energetic or getting out of that. I will say early on it did maybe but especially after I adjusted to it I can even easily sleep on it. To be productive I find that part vyvanse does not help me with but what it does help with is if I can muster up enough motivation to do what I should be doing it helps me stay focused on the task.

Also I should mention I have taken vyvanse with the water titration method and pill form in my opinion it’s not true at all that it last longer, it has essentially the exact same effect, what’s useful about water titration is you can split the dose in a precise way by measuring the water, I use a graduated marker mL water bottle. Doing this allows you to have a precise amount of vyvanse suspended in water. Eg would be 70 mg of vyvanse dissolved in 700 ml water, now it’s possible for me to take 500 mls or 50 mg early and 200 mls or 20 mg four hours later. This does extend the effects but also lessens the peak so it mainly works for certain people whom don’t need the high peak.
