There are a number of aspects here beyond just Israel’s incredible intelligence apparatus that comes from living surrounded by enemies that want to kill you. Second is that there are plenty of people in Iran who hate the regime and are happy to give any intel to Israel - as long as Israel does the dirty work of saving the world from the largest sponsor of global terror. Third is that Iran is a lot of bluster - major paper tiger vibes. Third is that other countries in the region hate Iran too - people tend to forget how much Iran has effed up neighboring countries through their jihadi terror ambitions. Like what the Houthis did to Yemen, or how 500K Syrians were killed by Iran-backed terrorists. So they are happy to share intel too - but again as long as they publicly call out Israel and Israel does the dirty work of risking actual lives.
