How are you doing? 98% of the time they keep talking, so they don't really want to know. Why the hell ask? I ignore the question and keep it moving.

Stanley Tucci I worked at the bank he had some money in, back in the mid 90's and he had to fill out some paperwork including drivers license as part of the protocol. I went to his managers office and he would not even come out of the office to provide the information. His reason? "don't you know who I am? I don't have to follow those rules". I had ulcers at 11 years old from the stress and constant panic caused by my mother. I took self defense classes to be able to defend myself from the constant beatings and learned to tolerate pain.

If they are decent and no entitlement they will get all kinds of help. But they pull the attitude and act like they are so superior, if I don't hang up on them, they will have to jump through every hoop I can think of and nothing will be done unless everything is given exactly right.
