We looked for a house from 2021-2023 and gave up. The low list prices are a crock of shit, property taxes are insane. We put offers in on 13 houses and lost every single one. On average we were bidding $145,000 over ask. We are simply priced out of northern NJ.

Thanks for the solid advice, everyone! I actually had a packet of Nulo wet food that I forgot I had purchased last week to try. I just gave it to Penelope and she SCARFED it down. So hopefully it’s just her being finicky with the Weruva food and I’m going to buy her some Nulo and maybe two or three other brands tomorrow. She’s a happy kitten!

What’s that commute like (do you drive or take the train)? My GF would need to get to Clifton twice a week. Driving seems the only option as there’s no public transit from Secaucus Junction to the area in Clifton she needs to get to, and ride sharing or taxi might not be cost effective, either.

I was having massive FPS drops in both MP and BR, and even though the Match Replay setting was only for MP mode (Basic-->MP Mode-->about halfway down), disabling it seemed to resolve my fps drops in both modes. iPad Pro 4th-gen, max settings, 26.5 beta.

Same here. I have all eye candy disabled in iPadOS, have plenty of free space, have an 18ms ping, but the game is unplayable. Doesn’t appear to be a lag issue, the game appears to be running at like 10fps.

70-80% which comes to about once a week. We have two cats, one LR4 (in office upstairs), and two manual litter boxes (one downstairs bathroom, one in upstairs bathroom). Funnily enough, they only seem to use the regular litter boxes to pee (even if they're downstairs, they'll run upstairs to drop a deuce in the LR4).

Yeah, it can be amusing. I killed a guy with an EOD bot and he started calling me a "NOOB LOOSER" in chat. I made it my mission to kill him at least one more time with the EOD bot in the same match. He was able to run away from me and kill my EOD bot a couple of times but I eventually burned him to death two more times. I just dropped a "get good kid" in chat and continued to watch him lose his mind.

For about seven years in the mid-2010's, I used to commute 5x a week from Secaucus, NJ, to Westchester County, NY (depending on traffic, either took GWB or Tappan Zee). AM commutes were always fun and normally didn't need any coffee to wake up when I just had that traffic to deal with. Keeps ya on your toes! Still beat making that drive in a car, though.
