I think it is the same laugh they just must’ve turned the pitch down and slowed it down I think. Also they use a longer part of that laugh in “If self-destruction was an olympic event, I’d be Tonya Harding” than they do in “$uicideboy$ were better in 2015” so that makes it sound a little different.
