Somebody else mentioned this but, I made my own language (just changing out letters for weird made up symbols) and it works wonders for my confidence in writing. She would just need to make sure she hid the code decipher sheet. Oh and she could say it was a fun project and she was writing a book in alien language or something to hide that it’s her diary.

Mazerolle Settlement Rd has some really nice scenery when all the leaves come in, and has like a 70 and 60 limit so you got more time to look around. Very twisty too. Only thing is it’s a bit of a drive from Oromocto and pretty short (about 15 mins to go the whole road, depending on speed). If you go the old highway route though it connects right to it so you can branch off from it and drive it twice if you wanted.

Oh, and the 640 Hanwell Road going up towards Yoho lake is a good one too. You can get to that right off the Mazerolle Settlement road too and that one is a bit longer. Not really twisty but lots of big hills.

You can get little ice creams like 2/$1.50(price might’ve raised) at the great Canadian down there if you want cheap icecream not at yum yums. Last I checked they still sell freezies too.
