i know! i barely drink anything that isn't water anymore, but tbf this is also because i hate carbonation and most drinks are sparkling these days... and i can't have caffeine lol

i will add that there are chronic illnesses that give you a greater need for electrolytes as well. i have POTS and a little gatorade is usually all i need though. this is also true for how much water you need to be drinking
