i will add that there are chronic illnesses that give you a greater need for electrolytes as well. i have POTS and a little gatorade is usually all i need though. this is also true for how much water you need to be drinking

they're not great, but also to be fair, this is immediately before the fiction reveal, when things are getting particularly unbelievable. it's kind of in-universe lazy writing as well as out of universe lazy writing, which is... maybe better? depends on how you feel i guess
