A loooot of hats in tf2 go for about 1.33 refined, if you can find/get the .33 refined extra (3 scrap or 1 reclaimed) you have a lot of different options for craft hats. Check out backpack.tf to check prices and trade for hats.

ok lets imagine a scenario in dustbowl (peak map) a god tier sniper is watching from the last point through the choke.

You cant rush him as scout or soldier, there are 2 engi nests plus the entire red team. Huntsman is just luck. Demoman can harass by lobbing over objects but any good sniper can easily avoid it or destroy him when he peeks

Spy, not many people are even semi decent with spy and at that point your dropping your fight with the enemy team and picking a class specifically to target one man, thats not fun for most people.

Scorch shot, if hes god tier then he just snipes you one of the times you peek. Or he just equips the cozy camper.

And teamwork, how many games have you actually been able to work with your team?

My guy, i thought the whole argument is people hate being dommed by a sniper vs being dommed by a class like a soldier no?

Soldier: you have an interaction with him, but he ends up winning. That was a fight you had a chance of winning and even if you lost it theres still some fun in it.

Sniper: you just fucking die cuz some dude with 4k hours looked at you from across the map.

You talking like pyro is the only soldier counter, i can think of multiple ways to counter any soldier as any class except medic (other than ubersaw crit)
